Sasha Makarska

She was born in 1979 in the city of Donetsk, Ukraine. Graduated from the Donetsk Art School and between 1999-2004 the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, M.A. Storozhenko’s religious buildings painting workshop. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
2022 organizer of the art auction of Polish and Ukrainian artists "ART FRONT UKRAINE".
“I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. At the age of three, I decided to become an artist. I graduated from the Academy of Arts, department of temple (monumental) painting. This gave me my academic style and a great love for Ukrainian icons. The main thing I perform, love and feel the best is painting, oil painting. I usually work in series. Sometimes I use text and words in my paintings.”
